Elizabeth Hurley Reveals Her “Simple” Diet and Exercise Routines That Have Made Her Feel and Look Amazing

Elizabeth Hurley has an abundance of youthful energy; in fact, she is so generous with her “simple” lifestyle choices that allow her to feel and look her best that she is willing to share the wealth with others.

The Sydney Morning Herald was recently informed of her revelations. First and foremost, there will be no junk food. Since the beginning of time, I have been very careful about what I consume. I’ve always preferred whole, unprocessed foods.

“Ever since I was a teenager, I’ve been a label reader,” she remarked. She described junk food as “anything that contains any ingredient that I don’t have in my own kitchen” in an Instagram post from January, delving further into her eating habits.

Additionally, she isn’t one to join health fads. She also mentioned that her diet is “very normal” and that her tastes aren’t particularly adventurous, saying, “I don’t drink weird green juices or anything like that.”

“My mantra is: Don’t eat too much, too fast, too often or too late,” she explained in her January Instagram post. Or, to rephrase, try eating dinner early, chew your food thoroughly, limit snacking, and eat fewer portions. In my opinion, this is sound.

Then she went on to say that veggies and fruits are her top priority; she always makes sure that half of her plate is filled with them, and that she “only take[s] supplements if a blood test tells me I’m lacking something.”

When it comes to Hurley’s diet and exercise regimen, nothing fancy. I am really active, yet I do not frequent a gym. According to her, she rarely sits still. One of her favorite things to do, she remarked, is gardening.

Those options may sound low-maintenance, but Hurley isn’t shy about admitting that she does a tonne of stuff overall to maintain her vitality and look. According to her, “I’m in high definition on massive cinema screens,” and she has worked for cosmetics firms, fashion companies, and her own fashion company. “So I should really put in more work — I mean, I do, it’s my job.”
